Edwin – There you go, its updated now.
thank you.
Good info guys. We have been using that tool now for probably close to a year. It works in alot of instances, good work.
Let me add to what I said before since we’ve been using this for quite awhile now. Most of the time the banks don’t seem to give a crap what you show them LPS or otherwise. they just won’t face up to the reality that we are still in a down market. Most of the idiots we deal with on a daily basis don’t even understand the difference between a BPO and appraisal.
Thanks, guys. I’ve been anticipating this problem and anything new to help me get over this objection from the banks is AWESOME!!!!!
Great tool. I signed up as I’m having an dispute now on a FHA file where the lender will not allow me to use REO’s as comps. Unfortunately, less than 1 mile a away, a builder went bust with 25 new spec homes in inventory for $20k less than the price they put on my listing. The BPO agent also ignored that my house had been on the market for 2 years – 6 months at the price he recommended – and we just now have offers. I don’t blame the servicers b/c we’re just another name on a file, I blame the BPO guys for taking assignments in areas they have no business being. GO WORK AT TACO BELL!!!
