I haven’t read the book yet, will add it to my library reading list right away but I agree Fred, when I heard Gary Keller say “in order to make your world large you have to make it really small” that hit home BIG! I mean HUGE! Since returning from Austin, that’s what I’ve tried to do each and every day & you know it really really works. I mean I don’t have to tell you guys that but for other viewers/comment readers, please, puhleez take it to heart – here’s another way to look at it too – in Medicine, the Brain Surgeon doesn’t go out one day and decide to do a Heart Transplant – he sticks to the cranium – RE practitioners really really need to follow this philosophy.
As Gary says, “master” the market of today but there’s a few of them – pick one and stick with it!
