  3. Good idea, obviously you thought of it, for the short sale. I’ve avoided short sale activities due to the time involved and what a perceived to be a low potential for getting paid. Maybe things are improving in the process. I’m considering getting coached and trained up on the procedure. Thanks for your information.

    • Darlene – We don’t currently use these so I don’t have an answer for you but a little research on the internet will likely give you the answers you’re looking for.
