  1. Hi Kevin and Fred – I see a lot of role playing and scripts for prospects calling us realtors with a request for short sale. I have’nt seen any scripts for agents calling prospects. Any suggestions? I am calling off of NOD list’s and Auction lists. Thanks for your time!
