  2. Oy boy….Lets try not to hit on the talent ladies and gentleman.

Thanks guys..loved the video, even if you did call me out for making a minor mistake on Josh’s last name =)

  3. Do you guys really negotiate these “routinely” in less than 30 days? WOW

  4. Great stuff Josh and Sarah! It definitely shows that you guys have been video blogging on a consistent basis! Great energy and content :)

I had Bank of America (before Equator, amazing right?) and GMAC BOTH play the “we lost the file” game in the 11th hour of the approval process. Not a fun game for anyone! Just like Sarah, I spent a good deal of time climbing the ladder until finally reaching the right person and level of management who could “find” it. The extra effort and minor loss of sanity was most definatly worth it. Both short sales were APPROVED. :)
Thanks for sharing Josh & Sarah’s video!

  6. WOW! Great energy!

I’m excited just because of the Minnesota accents that were in full effect!

Great work on the short sales too!

Way to go Josh and Sara! Parma-LOW!
