Twas the day before Christmas, when all through the city
Not a Seller was stirring, not even a bitty.
But the flip flops were flipping around the office with flare ,
In hopes that Fred’s toes would always be bare.
The negotiators were filling the lenders with dread,
While visions of approvals danced in their heads.
The Listing Ladies were Listing, the Buyers Agents were selling,
All with dreams that the thermometer was swelling.
When out in the outback there arose such a clatter,
We sprang from our desks to see what was the matter.
Away to the training room we flew like a flash,
Tore open the door and then everyone gasped.
The tables were covered with tacos and beans
And the most Delicious desserts that we had ever seen.
Then, to our hardworking eyes they appeared,
The Group 46:10 leaders that all CDPE agents feared.
With their T-shirts and Shorts, they looked so premier,
We knew in a moment Fred and Kevin were here.
More rapid than eagles did their coursers they came,
They whistled, and shouted, and called them by name!
"Now Heather! now, Brian! now, David, Jay, and Andrew!
On, Jamie! On, Stephanie! on, Debbie and Brandon!
To the rewards that we promised! To the top of our goal!
Now Crush It! Crush It! Crush it for us all!"
As dry leaves that before the wild hurricane fly,
When they meet with an obstacle, mount to the sky.
So up to their goal the top KW team they flew,
With their eyes set on 1.527 mill, and their awesome rewards too.
And then, in a twinkling, we heard in the lobby
The Spanish and crushing which was Mark Collards hobby.
As we drew in our heads, and was turning around,
Through the KW doors Mark came with a bound.
He was dressed in the flip flops, Oh how they flattered the foot,
And under his arms he was carrying a book.
The Four Hour Work week, the secret to success,
As success was our mindset, never anything less.
And when they all saw him, how the team did they Cheer!
Now we knew we could do it, All of our players were here!
Now Fred was flying to see the Kangaroos, And Kevin was driving his Rover, all shiny and new.
Heather was cruising in her new pretty car, Debbie was singing and jamming on her sweet guitar
David was smiling and riding coasters with Mickey, and Jamie was on a boat dancing and drinking lots of whiskey.
They sprang to the challenge, and soared over their goal,
and to buyers an sellers a helping hand was their role.
They were Group 46:10, they were one of a kind,
"All because they think with the end in their minds!"
