Fred Weaver and Kevin Kauffman, Short Sale Negotiators, talk about why they do what they do. Once you make a commitment to a home own, never take 'no.'
As a short sale negotiator your client, the home owner, is relying on you in one of the most difficult times in their life. You absolutely, positively, can not let them down!
REMINDER: Don’t forget to join Kevin and Fred’s Monthly Coaching – Wednesday April 28th.

Fantastic! This is the 1st time I’ve heard you guys really talk in detail on that publically. I encourage everyone to slow down and really really listen to what you said about the ‘NO’, and why it’s not acceptable. Great video!
Totally used this as my mojo for the morning… been working on one file since 6 and haven’t taken no for an answer. Trying to postpone my deal. down to 2 hours lol
thanks for the good work!
Coach, I agree 100%. I think this was the best ever! Kevin and Fred have so much heart which is what drives them and enables them to help so many people. Thanks for sharing!
I think we have to get you guys doing SSPH in a totally exhausted mode more often…
That is when the great nuggets come out.
Nice work. Proud to be your “Web Ninja” after watching this.
Tasha – stay with it… after a few times, you’ll become a master. I had one extended 4 minutes before sale, and this week, one of my coaching students stayed on it through the trustee sale, and got it back from trustee sale about 1 hour after the sale. WOW! Keep it up!
LOVE IT!!!
Getting that “Thank You” from a grateful homeowner, whether via phone call, email, text message, etc….THE GREATEST PART OF WHY I DO THIS!!!
Thanks guys!
I have sent the link off to some people/associates that really need this. After all… we are sales persons… right?
And no good salesperson never takes no for an answer.
Right? Sales? Negotiation? No dif?
